Each class is provided with materials including the script, some props and costume pieces. Each playshop includes a discussion about theater structure-playwright, director, actors, producer and audience. Students discuss character traits and how they can express those traits and technical stage direction, parentheses and dashes in the script.  Students volunteer for parts-every student will take a role and read the play as a staged reading. Vintage Playshops are booked year round and tailored specifically for your needs through Arts for Learning CT Website.

Vintage Playshops directed by Sharece M. Sellem, Jacque Simone Brown, Colin Ivan Osborn, and Toniell Watkis as part of New Britain's S.E.E. (Summer Enrichment Experience) Program, Summer 2018
